DISPENSARY RETURN POLICY

CA state law requires that all sales of cannabis products are final. We can accept returns of defective products for an exchange of the same item or store credit. Please return the item to us together with the receipt within 30 days of your purchase and we would be happy to assist.

IN-STORE RETURN POLICY

We accept returns for eligible items brought back to the shop within 7 days of purchase date for a store credit or exchange only. We do not offer refunds for in store purchases. Eligible merchandise must be in original, un-worn or un-used condition with the original tags attached. 

 

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

At this time we offer exchanges or returns for store credit only. Please ensure all Shipping information is correct as we are not liable for lost or mis-delivered packages. DAMAGES

We do not assume responsibility of packages damaged in transit. If your package arrives to you damaged we are happy to guide you through the claim process and work with you to find the best resolution, be it a replacement or reimbursement from the delivery company.

If your package arrives to you damaged, here is what to do:

  • Take pictures to document the condition of the outside of the package, inside packaging and damage from when it arrived, & hang on to all packaging material and packing slips until we come up with a plan of action.

  • Email us within 48hr of delivery with a description of damage and send photos of the damage to support@shopwyllow.com
