Dispensary Manager (Full-Time)

WYLLOW is looking for a Dispensary Experience Manager to develop and oversee an immersive new dispensary experience. The ideal candidate thrives upon the challenges, complexities, and rewards of working in the undefined start-up realm.  You are excited by a well-designed customer journey, learning, developing, coaching, and challenging the accepted norms of retail. You have experience prioritizing the importance of a performance-optimized retail experience. You embody entrepreneurial leadership and take action to thoughtfully scale business.

Dispensary Atelier (Part-Time)

WYLLOW is looking for a Dispensary Atelier to give an exceptional immersive experience. Similar to the way an atelier holds space for an artist or designer, WYLLOW's sales associates hold space for the guests they serve. Together they expand the World of WYLLOW.

Dispensary Host (Part-Time)

WYLLOW is looking for a Dispensary Host to provide world-class white-glove service to guests while taking great care of our equipment and facilities. As a WYLLOW Dispensary Host you will be the face of the WYLLOW experience and guests first touch-point on location.

The ideal candidate will deliver a creative, adaptable, and warm environment for our guests as they wait to check-in for their appointment, wait to enter, or place an express pick-up order. While the front door will be your home base, we will regularly expect all team members to step outside the everyday scope of their roles—from managing lines, guest questions, and going above and beyond to meet the needs of our guest and teammates. Hosts may regularly assist guests in-person and virtually via email. The team will depend on your natural warmth and graciousness, your collaborative spirit, and your ability to think quickly on your feet to serve our Guests with sincerity, transparency, and poise.

All Hosts will be responsible for adhering to security and safety standards and procedures; all Hosts will also undergo compliance training to ensure a deep understanding of regulations and requirements.

Dispensary Fulfillment Associate (Part-Time)

WYLLOW is looking for a Dispensary Fulfillment Associate to assist with the checkout, fulfillment, and delivery of products as a part of the immersive WYLLOW experience. The ideal candidate understands working with a sense of urgency to offload stock deliveries, process purchase orders, locate merchandise, follow organization processes, fulfill and pack orders.

To thrive in this role, you should be excited by a well-designed customer journey, learning, developing, coaching, and challenging the accepted norms of retail. In addition, you have experience with warehouse procedures, an eye for detail, the ability to lift heavy objects and work quickly and efficiently while adhering to all safety and quality standards.

Delivery Driver (Part-Time)

WYLLOW is looking for a Delivery Driver to deliver inventory daily from the warehouse to the WYLLOW Dispensary in a safe, timely manner. The ideal candidate will be experienced with reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are accurate, correctly transferred, and complete.

This role requires working quickly and efficiently with professionalism, poise, and patience. Attention to detail, and a strong adherence to protocol and compliance is a must for this role.

Operations Associate (Part-Time)

WYLLOW is looking for a Operations Associate to accurately record inventory movement through the METRC WYLLOW inventory management system(s). This role will also provide compliance and auditing support to METRC users within manufacturing, and distribution departments.

To thrive in this role, you should be excited by accounting, inventory tracking, and METRC protocol. In addition, you have experience with warehouse procedures, an eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently to ensure accurate record keeping.
