All sale items, meaning items marked down or items included in a promotional sale, are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

WYLLOW does not offer price adjustments of any kind.

PROMO CODES

All items purchased using a promotional code, are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are FINAL SALE. No returns, exchanges or exceptions shall be granted. All international duties and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.

MISSING PACKAGES

Once tracking is confirmed we do not assume responsibility for lost or missing packages. Filing lost or missing package claims will be the responsibility of the customer, however we are happy to assist you through the process.

DAMAGES

We take great pride in packing our orders well and with care and do not assume responsibility of damages in transit. However we are happy to assist you through the claim process and work with you to find the best resolution, be it a replacement or reimbursement from the delivery company.
If your package arrives to you damaged, here is what to do:

  • Take pictures to document the condition of the outside of the package, inside packaging and damage from when it arrived, & hang on to all packaging material and packing slips until we come up with a plan of action.

  • Email us right away with a description and all the photos of the damage at support@shopwyllow.com.

TAX

Sales tax is charged on orders shipped within California at the local tax rate.

All prices listed are accurate to the best of our ability. In the rare case that an item is listed incorrectly, WYLLOW reserves the right to refuse the sale and may offer the item again with the correct information.

WYLLOW does not guarantee the availability of any item listed on shopwyllow.com. If the item selected for purchase is not available WYLLOW will make every effort to contact the customer to notify them of the cancellation.

Please note that upon placing an order a receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be cancelled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason as we see fit. Please further note that WYLLOW shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is cancelled, WYLLOW will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the purchase.
