At its core, her practice is about empowering humans to explore and generate personal joy from the inside out so they can live a life they love! She’s a heart-centered leader based in Los Angeles. She holds a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree, is a certified Somatic Life Coach, Breathwork and Ecstatic dance facilitator, and DJ.
